These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.<br><br><b>Key accountabilities:</b><br><ul><li>Using in-house computational tools and methods to derive understanding of component and system level interactions to develop and maintain a functional understanding of the engine and understand interactions in combustion and high temperature environments.</li><li>Requirement setting for rig activities, and subsequent monitoring and analysis of rig test measurements and results. </li><li> <br></li><li>Occasional running and supporting of low and high technology level tests. </li><li>Developing methods with view to facilitating robust test vehicle design, including flight test.</li><li>Defining creative, robust, optimised, solutions managing risk and applying new technology as appropriate to deliver quality within highly regulated industries. </li><li>Supporting validation and verification activities. </li></ul><br><b>Who we are looking for:</b><br><br>At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.<br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Masters in Engineering or regional equivalent qualification, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Strong technical knowledge in Aerothermal methodologies and have an understanding of cross-discipline engineering concepts and there impacts on system/platform design. </li><li>An ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters. </li><li>Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organisation. </li></ul><br>We are an equal opportunities employer.
