AOG Coordinator

Our Aircraft Maintenance & Services department is looking for an experienced Aircraft On Ground Coordinator.

Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland

What you do:

Planning and coordinating «Aircraft On Ground – AOG» service operations

Ensure clear communication between the customer and the involved internal departments

Supervision of internal and external KPIs for all AOG related operations

Ensure compliant business operations according to the valid aviation regulations and labor law

Provide price quotations, invoices and claim reports for all AOG cases

Develop and establish efficient business processes for the entire AOG process

What you bring:

Extensive experience in the AOG «Aircraft On Ground» service field

Previous general aviation experience in a customer-facing role

Fluent in English is a must, solid German & French skills are considered an advantage

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

An organized and motivated personality with a co-operative and open attitude who is able to work with minimal supervision

Willingness for flexible work time and on-call service operations
