Your practical experience in real estate asset management and your understanding of the German real estate market will be essential in this role.

Further, to succeed in this position, you will be detail oriented for DCF calculation and will be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. It is essential that you can deal with time pressure and commit to deadlines. A strong client-oriented working is key in this role.

Requirements are high motivation, proactivity and resilience. You will demonstrate sound business judgement and possess strong interpersonal skills which will give you the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

You see yourself as a strong team player, will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both German and English. You will be experienced in the full Microsoft suite, in particular Excel.
