After successfully closing their second fund at €700 Million, they are now looking to expand their Hamburg based team with an Associate. They generate good returns in a balance of economic, social and ecological measures. The fund has an incredibly strong deal flow with great investments under their belt and amazing team culture, where you can profit from their extensive experience and network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement in the whole private equity deal cycle from active sourcing and execution work
- Financial and market analysis as well as due diligence work
- Monitoring and managing of existing investments
- Hands on work and close interaction with the senior team members
YOUR PROFILE:
- Top level academic background
- Strong transactional background from an investment bank, strategy consultancy or Private Equity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious approach, consistent with the rest of the team
- Fluent German and English language skills are required
