Job Summary

Do you have a creative marketing mind and an eye for talent? You might be the one we are looking for!

As a Associate (m/f/d) in the Talent Acquisition Team at Avantor, you will be responsible for researching, engaging with and providing us with the talent we need to set science in motion to create a better world. You know where top talent hides and how to showcase the career opportunities that Avantor has to offer.  Executing and participating in career and job fairs, marketing campaigns and new ways of talent attraction have no secrets for you. You are skilled at building candidate pools, pipelines,  for your colleagues to review and action, adept at performing initial screens of prospects and applicants, and coordinating interviews.  You will be the face of Avantor for the European Region and working within a Global Talent Acquisition team.

What does your profile look like?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred

  • Several years experience in a recruitment agency or corporate recruitment / talent acquisition function, and/or human resources coordination role preferred

  • Several years experience in passive candidate sourcing, candidate attraction and pipeline building, and qualifying candidates in support of a hiring process strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required

  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System

  • Very good German and English
