For our team in Europe we are looking for an
Autonomous Driving Product Experience Manager – EU (m/f/x)
Responsibilities:
- Define high-quality features and experiences for autonomous driving and drive assist product based on local market and global vision
- Collect user feedback and input from relevant departments, sort user requirements and market feedback, and provide suggestions for product improvement, new product features to engineering team
- Work closely with HQ engineering teams to complete experience implementation and follow up the quality of local delivery
- Cooperate with engineering and HQ PEMs to analyse product definitions and requirements, provide user research and insights for localization market
- Cooperate with other internal departments (sales, delivery, service, marketing, etc.) to provide product and technical support
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree is required, 5+ years of experience in automotive/software engineering, product design, experience design or product management
- Working knowledge of autonomous driving, advanced driving assist system
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence at a management level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – fluent in English (with multi-language such as Chinese is a plus)
- Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Driving license
