ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Manager (m/w/d) will be responsible for developing, managing and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within the EMEA Programming Services division.
What you will be doing
Implement business development initiatives for value-added services in EMEA with focus on programming
Responsible for the execution of the strategic customer growth plans and business relationships in expansion account by providing value added solutions
Establish and cultivate relationships with key individuals at target companies
Provide market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities
Ensures execution to sales growth plans
Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree, engineering background would be an advantage
Business Development & Sales experience. The successful candidate will be a professional salesperson who can demonstrate consistent over achievement within a sales role
Industry knowledge. Preferably previous experience working in distribution/electronic components/value-added services
Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies in electronic components industry
Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within customers
Serve as resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
Fluent in English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage
