Description:
The Senior Business Development Rep is responsible for strategic outbound sales activities to Fortune 500 companies n Germany. In this role the Sr BDR will work closely with their Account Executives to develop a strategic sales plan mapping out targeted accounts. The BDR will execute the sales plan alongside the Account Executive with the goal of engaging and scheduling a call with the target contact.
You own the full Business Development process including:
- Prospecting sales leads
- Account and contact research
- Collaboration with Account Executives to sales plan outreach strategy
- Sending email sales campaigns to prospects
- Phone outreach to executive/senior level buyers
- Utilizing additional social channels as needed to prospect leads
- Qualifying leads and scheduling calls with prospective accounts
- Working out of a CRM database
- Maintaining a full pipeline of sales leads
- Meet or exceed weekly metrics and quarterly KPI’s

Requirements:
- German native speaker
- Enterprise SDR/sales experience targeting the fortune 500, minimum of 1-2 years +
- Preferred experience working with executive level buyers for SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven strong work ethic
