Specialists in supplying goods for the interiors of super yachts, and coordinating interiors of new build super yachts, we are looking for another dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our small but busy and rapidly growing yacht interior consultancy.
Reporting to Project Managers, your main task will be to provide administrative support which will include creating powerpoint presentations, issuing quotations/invoices in excel, requesting quotes from suppliers, and monitoring incoming/outgoing order progress.
You will also be heavily involved data input as we roll out our new ERP system.
Key skills required:
1. Strong administrative (MS Office)
2. Experience working as crew onboard super yachts or luxury hotels or high end private residences
3. Fluent written and spoken English, preferably mother tongue
4. Highly organised and able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Additionally, preference will be shown to candidates with 2+ years experience in one of the following fields - buying assistant or database administration.
