Your Task as Call Center Agent

Provide reactive B2B telephone, email and chat support in Italian with a focus on troubleshooting and efficient problem resolution
Building a meaningful relationship with key decision makers in the marketing industry and as an online advertising strategy consultant
Understanding the business objectives of customers to find the required online advertising solutions
Provide strategic campaign support to inform the customer
Achieve high customer satisfaction with focus on quality and results

Your Profile as Call Center Agent

Excellent knowledge of Italian (written & spoken)
Great communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
Basic understanding of the English language for internal company communication
EU citizenship or work permit for Germany
Passionate interest in online advertising and new technologies
