Your Tasks
CBX Software is looking for a junior consultant or consultant with an interest in Retail PLM business especially the supply chain process. This role will support the project manager/program manager and helping them to serve our customer to be more successful and to achieve the comment goal in the digital evolution of their related company.
The position of Junior Consultant or Consultant, Retail Solutions, is an exciting position, Munich-based, role with a growth path to your career within an international team. The consultant will report to the Manager, who is responsible for the related project of a customer. Together, all team members represent the Company and contribute primarily to support the Customer success and further growth.
The successful Consultant will adhere to a repeatable, predictable, and scalable process for sourcing and the responsible Customers. The right person for this role will support to develop and grow a creative, agile, and enthusiastic approach to solving enablement challenges for scale.
As a future member of a highly collaborative team, the Consultant will see themselves as not only being coachable and open to constructive workshops but just as important, vocally contributing to setting the vision and strategy that will be critical to long-term success, as well as delivering on the tactical milestones to achieve these long-term goals. The right Team Member in this role will be an important individual contributor and driver of CBX Software growth by continuously improving the quality of the product with the daily feedback of the Customers and Teammates.
More specifically to day to day responsibilities, the following descriptions can be applied:
- Work with client and project manager to specify detailed workflows on current "as-is" and provide best practice input in the definition of proposed "to-be" process(s) based on the CBX PLM solution approach
- Support the responsible retail Project to serve the customer needs on the technical and business process
- Support in managing status reports and Customer communication
- Support in reviewing, clarify and document business requirement details with client's subject matter experts and define the functional specifications out of the received requirements.
- Learn how to prepare detailed specifications (including business logics, use cases, data model, integration formats) for configuration and customization.
- Liaise with and support the CBX Software technical/implementation team on configuration and customization.
- Work with CBX Software Asia based R&D and quality assurance teams to ensure the clients software solution needs are met.
- Configure the CBX Cloud application to support the clients on business and/or technical process level.
- Work closely with client and implementation partner team members in the definition and execution of test scripts; support internal QA team and client representatives in test execution.
- Prepare process, installation, operating procedure, and user/trainer training documentation; and support to client of standard package and tailored system; support the delivery of end user and train-the-trainer training sessions.
- Live and work in Munich and/or onsite at the allocated customer region during the week
Your Qualification
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Interested to understand the PLM Processes in Retail world
- 2+ years of business/working experience after the university
- Interested on technical topics
- Understanding of SQL would be plus
- Experience in enterprise systems implementation in retail, consumer products businesses, supply chain would be a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
