Tasks


We're hiring a Sous Chef and Head Chef for our fine dining Kappo restaurant

  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Plan Japanese menus
  • Manage staff
  • Handle inventory
  • Train assistant chefs in Japanese cuisine
  • Maintain food safety standards

Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years' working experience at a KAISEKI or KAPPOU restaurant in Japan
  • Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese. Proficiency in English and German is a plus
