This position is essential to VISARIGHT's ongoing growth and scaling. You will oversee the operations and procedures across all business functions, operational strategy, and will be responsible for efficiently scaling of the business. The position's ultimate goals are to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the CEO around operational concerns and bringing structure into the team
- Drive the operational launches of new company products in close co-operation with the CEO and the technical team
- Play a key role in determining and presenting high-quality reporting to external and internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute pricing, sales, and collaboration decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience with progressive general management responsibilities in the technology product industry in a high-paced growth environment. Preferably in SaaS businesses
- 3+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally with a spike in finance
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
- Strong time management, prioritization skills and attention to detail
