Job-Beschreibung und Hinweise für CIAM Project Manager EpiCX

EINFÜHRUNG:
As a preferred supplier for Roche Basel in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for an individual as

CIAM Project Manager EpiCX

(contract until 31.12.2022, with possible extension). The earliest start date is within 3 months. Remote/Home Office is given, 2-3 days on site work is required though.

• Define, plan, and direct the execution of assigned projects for our Pharma IT customers (Global and Affiliate stakeholders) while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risks to produce a high quality product
• Responsible for project plan documentation including development, tracking and updating
• Accountable of proper requirements documentation by the team, i.e. use case specifications, user stories in agile format as well as the storage and recordkeeping of all requirements for future reference
• Responsible for product and support documentation
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects and bring creativity and innovation to resolve technical issues
• Effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues
• Resource management, tracking budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders
• Manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives and coordinate the team's work with vendors and other stakeholders
• Facilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodology. Ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables, track progress against baseline schedule, manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope.
• Conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis and monitoring on projects; formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies, recommend and implement solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or engineering study environment (e.g. Computer Science)
• Min. 7+ years of experience as Project Manager in software development or integration projects, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in project management tasks such as stakeholder management, dependency management, vendor management, risk and issue management
• Experience in the Customer Identity and Access Management domain
• Experience in CRM Solutions
• Waterfall and Agile experience
• English fluent (spoken and written)
• Work independently or as a team player in a global team environment
• Possess an eye for detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional virtual and in-person presence, good listening skills and excellent grammar
• Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to haves:

• Previous Roche experience
• 8+ years experience of requirements documentation (Use Cases, User stories, etc.)
• Understanding of technical integration technologies such as API operations, ETL processes as well as database and cloud technologies so decisions can be made effectively on requirements
