Vacancy: Clients & Front Support Specialist - Trading (f/m/x) - We are looking for a Clients & Front Support Specialist for our client, a Bank specialized in Trading based in Zürich. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Your Responsibilities as Clients & Front Support Specialist - Trading (f/m/x)

• Clients onboarding
• Coordination of compliance campaigns
• Performing controls about data quality in reports
• Support the Relationship Managers in administrative tasks
• Keep record of the office and marketing material
• Execute stock transfers, cash withdrawals and other operational tasks
• External support to clients for technical, operational and other back office requests
• Preparing in the system and coordinate the adaptation of email communications to clients
• Support the events organizations

Your Qualification and Skills

• Native German speaker and fluent in English - French, Italian or Russian would be a plus
• Able to learn from compliance regulations to technical aspects of our platforms;
• Disciplined, structured and detailed oriented
• Team player with a client focused attitude
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Commercial education preferably in a banking environment or similar
• Preferable an experience in an operational role
• Analytical mind-set and good understanding of figures
• Interest in the financial markets and trading solutions
• Swiss Permit
