Your responsibilities
• Assist customers by implementing our CX Cloud solutions as part of Oracle’s cloud strategy.
• Contributing to small or large-scale implementations both in-house and client-based.
• Proactively engage with team and clients recommending best practice solutions.
Act as a Functional consultant specializing in the delivery of CX Cloud Applications.
• Implement Oracle CX Cloud Applications using the proven and highly successful proprietary methodology.
• Assist in delivering client-facing workshops to define the very best use of CX for our customers’ benefit.
• Assist in ensuring the solution is the highest level of quality for our customers.
• You will work collaboratively within a team both on and off customer sites.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• German native & fluency in English.
• 0-2 years work experience.
• Critical thinking: You have an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiasm & knowledge.
• Love & passion for customer success.
• Communication skills: You are outgoing and have excellent communication abilities.
• Range: You are curious and have varied interests.
