Communications Manager 60-100% - temporary assignment for 8 months, starting in July

Your challenges

• Execute communication and engagement strategies to successfully launch and deliver a positive user experience of new IT tools, encourage user adoption, onboard, and upskill employees
• Work closely with the Communications team and IT colleagues in the regions to drive global communications and support material in the right languages and local channels as appropriate
• Promote the use of workplace digital tools within the organization to support collaboration and productivity across the organization.
• Create and develop content in pursuit of the IT & Digital strategy for internal and external platforms including Office 365 suite, SharePoint Online, Yammer, webinars and Town Halls, websites, LinkedIn, external conferences, Digital Workplace, video etc.

Your skills

• At least 3 years of communications experience
• Bachelor degree in communications or related discipline
• Experience developing employee engagement and communication strategies to address complex business processes and challenges
• Knowledge of end user IT functions in a large corporate environment
• Strong stakeholder and influencer management
• Knowledge of internal communications and change management theory and practice
• Ability to develop and implement internal communications and engagement plans in a global organization
• Familiarity with video editing tools
• Knowledge of digital content creation, tools and Office 365
• Excellent English skills - written and spoken
