Community Manager & Tester Recruiter (m/f/d)

Your Role

We will hand over responsibility for our international tester community to you, so you can manage our Nest
You come up with creative solutions to recruit specific new testers in key regions worldwide
You use social media and other communication channels to activate and engage the Testbirds community
You are the contact person for our large community and their inquiries via mail or messages on our Nest
You are the important link between the testers and other departments (Project Management, Sales, Development) and you will help the team to define and increase the feasibility of projects
All your great ideas about communication can be put into effect and you have the opportunity to take the lead on projects and help develop processes

You Bring

You have a university degree with a focus on Marketing/Public Relations, Media/Communication, Social Media, Economics or similar
You already gained first experiences in a customer support centered environment or community management
A passion for writing and communication will enable you to engage and entertain the community
Great communication skills and being able to adapt to other people's perspective allow you to offer support and find solutions to our testers' problems
You have already worked with classic Social Media channels, like Facebook and Twitter and are excited to focus on something new: Testbirds’ own channel, the Nest
You speak and write English or German at a native level or French, Swedish or Dutch at a native level with high fluency in English

You get extra points if:

You have an affinity for mobile websites and apps
You are familiar with Gamification concepts
You have a talent for foreign languages
