Our highly-qualified team manages the operation and upkeep of private jets while offering worldwide private and commercial charter flights with our fleet of Citation X, Legacy 600 and Global XRS aircraft.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining and further developing of the Safety Management System
- Maintaining and further developing of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks
- Conducting audits of any aspect of the operation
- Overseeing hazard identification and safety risk analysis and management
- Companywide record keeping of all documentation
- Involvement in occurrence / accident investigations
- Monitoring safety concerns and any legal aspects in the aviation industry and initiate actions as required
- Planning and ensuring of the implementation of the safety assurance activities
- Providing management with an assessment of corrective action, implementation and ensure completion
- Promotion of corporate culture for safety and compliance
- Plan and organize relevant staff training
- Organisation of Safety Review Board meetings
- Security management duties
Your profile:
- EU working permits or passholder
- German language mandatory, business fluent in English
- Aviation related education
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in European Commercial Aviation Safety and/or Compliance Management (EASA OPs)
- Management experience
- Availability to support a 24/7 operation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Matured Team player
- Confident appearance and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational capabilities combined with high flexibility
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Capability to handle stress and conflicts combined with intercultural competence and experience
- A Psychological test might be required prior assignment can be granted
- Availability to perform business trips when required
- The job base will be permanently located in Germany, Baden-Baden
