As Management Support Functions Controller you will be part of the Management Support Functions & HR Controlling team in the rapidly growing Renewables Offshore Business. The team contributes to ensure that the Offshore Management Support Functions achieve their financial targets in an international and dynamic business environment. Furthermore, the team is responsible for HR Controlling for the whole Renewables Offshore organization.

Your tasks

• Be the Business Partner for Management Support Function Directors
• Monitor and analyze cost developments and provide transparency about the actual cost development against budget, mid to long-term financial targets and benchmarks
• Create high quality management reports and ad-hoc analysis for senior management, present key results on top management level
• Consolidate the Management Support Function data and commentary for quarterly actual reporting, forecasting and planning
• Coordinate, conduct and optimize the mid-term planning and forecasting processes for Management Support Functions globally across teams, legal entities and countries and further develop the process to consolidate the data
• Review, analyze, comment and challenge planning data provided by the respective departments for the mid-term plan, forecasting and budgeting process
• Maintain and further develop the cost controlling governance, a comprehensive profit/cost center framework, an increased accuracy of cost allocations
• Support the ongoing S/4 implementation across the Renewables Offshore organization also for new legal entities in different markets
• Contribute to the global Offshore growth plan by support business cases and long term strategic initiatives with respect to overhead and Support Function requirements
• Further improve the quality and digitalization of regular management reporting and Controlling processes
• Act as the interface to different stakeholders in Controlling, Finance and Business Function on various controlling topics

Your profile

• University degree with strong academic record in business administration, economics or similar subject
• Several years of experience in the energy sector or comparable experience and proven track record in the area of Business Controlling, Financial or Cost Controlling
• Excellent team working skills and willingness to contribute to a motivating team environment
• Very good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and information in a structured manner and deal with complex transactions / commercial issues
• Very good excel skills as well as advanced knowledge in working with SAP and information management systems
• Comprehensive business knowledge covering the energy industry, commercials/financials with a strong desire to expand knowledge of this market
• Strong personal credibility and ability to interact trustfully and effectively in international environment with stakeholders on all levels
• Fluent in written and spoken English
