Your tasks/Your duties

• Focus on dedicated pro­ducts/technology
• Perform a corre­late cost and gap analysis and costing of BOM posi­tions
• Calcu­late options and alternatives
• Provide input for cost reduc­tion measures and sourcing re­commen­dations
• Identify and intro­duce cost estima­tion and calculation tools
• Hold bill of material owner­ship for assigned develop­ment project
• Co­ordi­nate cost out measures through­out the development process
• Monitor and calcu­late target and compo­nent cost and lead cross-functional reviews to ensure progress and comple­tion toward milestones
• Co­operate with global cate­gory managers for perpetual bench­marking on costs as well as compe­titive pricing

Your qualifications

• Degree in Mechani­cal/Elec­trical/Manufac­tu­ring/Project Enginee­ring or Industrial Enginee­ring
• Relevant experience in the fields of project manage­ment, new product introduc­tions, supply chain, procure­ment and enginee­ring, experience in the wind industry is considered as an advantage
• Confident and experienced in working inter­disciplinary
• Profound in working with figures, ability to analyze and illustrate results for decision-making
• Organized and disciplined combined with analytical skills
• Assertive in achieving deadlines and securing deliverables
