Creative Marketing Specialist (m|w|d)

We are looking for a talented copywriter to join our marketing team. As the voice of our brand, it’ll be your job to excite and inspire our customers across a variety of brand channels. You’ll write engaging, on-brand copy on a daily basis across a range of formats, from newsletters and print to digital and video. Your role will involve working with coffee farms, brand partners and new product launches using words and creativity to bring the magic of each experience to life.

You will  

• Manage the copy style across all marketing assets to create clear and consistent messaging.  
• Consistently deliver exciting, innovative, and on-brand marketing content, including, but not limited to, email, digital advertising, ecommerce and website content, blog posts, print assets, social media, and all in-store collateral  
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moving deadlines.  
• Manage relationships with internal teams, balancing stakeholder satisfaction with creative excellence.  
• Develop and communicate our brand both externally and internally.

You are  

• Creative, efficient, reliable, and able to build solid relationships.  
• A strong communicator, able to prioritize and multitask multiple tasks at once.  
• Excellent eye for creative detials with a flair for premium marketing content. 
• Very organized, driven, and not afraid to take ownership.  
• Proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
• A native-level English speaker with strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
