Content Project Manager

(f/m/d 100%)


The Creative Project Manager for MCM’s Global Creative Hub based in Berlin will support on overall productions, project management as well as operative & administrative duties. This person will work alongside several functions including global creative, marketing, e-comm and digital teams to achieve desired business and project goals.


The Creative Project Manager will work mainly with our Global Creative Officer, Global Art Director, the Head of the Creative Content as well as the internal creative team on a daily basis. This person will be responsible for operative duties such as budgeting, timing and scheduling, reporting, management of shipments and deliveries, sample coordination (with global showrooms, etc.) and shall keep track of creative operations continuously to ensure the team is running productively.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Support Global Creative team on day-to-day production and creative service needs;
  • Work with Global Creative team to develop the visual roadmap setting the production timeline for the year;
  • Support the team with production-related requests from external agencies and internal teams;
  • Support in tracking pipeline, executing against schedule changes, and organizing workflow;
  • Negotiate contracts and manage day to day relationships with suppliers and contractors;
  • Define and agree on SoW’s, project goals and plans, production contracts, estimates;
  • Onboard new partners in cooperation with key internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure that Global Creative Team runs on agile and cost-effective production process;
  • Ensure productions are set up internally and have access to corporate resources/sites as necessary;
  • Build strong working relationships with production companies and third-party suppliers;
  • Being a key collaborator for end-to-end projects, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring consistency and quality throughout.


In addition to the above, the Creative Project Manager is expected to have a creative eye and use their critical thinking for Creative Content. This role is expected to assist in content creation, brand strategy, and overall planning of creative content and productions. They will be expected to be contribute to the creative and design process, in the most efficient and productive way for all team members.


Our requirements:


  • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or equivalent;
  • 2–4 years of working in a global creative production role with a strong knowledge of production, and managing workflow and deliverables;
  • Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of creative goals and business objectives;
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment;
  • Social native with an understanding of the wider creative/digital marketing landscape;
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment;
  • Excellent client facing and third party/supplier management skills;
  • Problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutions;
  • Thorough knowledge of standard office software applications;
  • Self-initiative, nimble, and detail-oriented;
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills: verbally, written, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
