Your Task

Providing inbound support for English-speaking customers via email, chat and on the phone
Answering questions regarding online campaigns, tools and technical matters
Supervising own accounts and recognizing leads and up-selling chances
Assisting with customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Your Profile

First experience in customer service, preferably in B2B environment
Basic knowledge of online marketing tools and good computer skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as strong communications skills
EU-citizen or in possession of a working permit for Germany
