Requirements:
- - Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
HCI/Computer Science, Psychology or work expereince in a similar field with a strong focus on UCD, UX and digital products
- at least 5 years of experience in application of user experience design methods and the conception of complex, digital solutions and applications
- German & English (business fluent)
- Understanding Swiss German is a must in order to understand our biggest group of customers.
- Confident in using human-centered design methodologies to elevate the customer focus of your journey team.
- Typography, color, form and motion, the use of design patterns, best practices and guidelines for Web, Android & iOS are second nature to you.
- A positive mindset and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.
- The fundamental belief that we are better together.
- You are experienced in building and utilizing flexible, component/token based design systems.
Responsibilities:
- - Solve real user problems. Focus on customer experience, scalability and insight-driven decisions.
- Identify user problems and bring them back to your journey team (developers, data analysts and POs) to be discussed and prioritized.
- Discuss & propose solutions based on customers needs and take decisions based on research and insights, not on opinions. To do so, you collaborate closely with our developers, data analysts and POs.
- Focus on the problem and the big picture while creating low-fi concepts.
- You are assertive, know how to communicate for your cause, are not afraid of being challenged or challenge others.
- Be an integral part of Customer Research, conduct your own usability tests to optimise the customer experience.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and want to make an impact at Switzerlands leading online supermarket.
