For our client, we are looking for the following profile:
- Management of the Customer support, coordinating the customer care and customer service via email and telephone
- Italian marketplaces management (KPI Monitoring, Escalation customer claims)
- Management of main website (navigational content and products) in support to country coordinator
- Identification of new marketing channels for site promotion in support to country coordinator
- Participation to the commercial, operational and administrative structure
Profile:
- Knowledge of English(C1) and Italian (native)
- 3 years experience in Customer Service B2B or B2C
- Sales-focused attitude
- Excellent PC use and writing speed
- Optimal knowledge of the Office package
- Continuous pursuit of personal and corporate improvement
- Punctuality and reliability
