Job-Beschreibung und Hinweise für Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt

casavi provides property managers, real estate companies and property developers a sustainable and intuitive solution for the digitalization of processes, communication and service provider management. Our team of over 70 employees services more than 900 customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland with innovative thinking, agile processes and team spirit.

Tasks

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you support our customers on the path to digitization from the very beginning and thus consolidate healthy customer loyalty along the customer lifecycle
  • You are responsible for the smooth onboarding of new customers and ensure with (online) training that they enjoy our software in the long term and at the same time make their processes more efficient
  • You support customers even after onboarding in using our solutions more and more effectively and thus bring them to success
  • You represent your customer portfolio to our development teams and independently pursue their ideas and requests
  • You develop best practice scenarios together with the Customer Success Team and communicate them internally and externally
  • You use your creativity to develop and update supporting customer materials (e.g. guides, webinars, letter templates)
  • This position is available at our locations in Munich, Frankfurt a.M. and Berlin


Requirements

  • You have a degree or relevant vocational training and ideally have initial professional experience in the field of customer service
  • You are communicative, have strong organizational skills and are able to quickly establish a goal-oriented working relationship with various parties involved
  • You have very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service and the real estate industry (e.g. property management) is not a must, but definitely a plus
