Your tasks
Heineken Deutschland’s ambition is to directly reach 70+% of beer and cider drinkers with personalized communication and commercial propositions by 2023.
General:- Support the digital acceleration in I-DDM (Individualised Data Driven Marketing) campaign design, set-up, and ROI measurement in order to generate insights, leverage marketing and communication technology to deliver customized communication to the right consumers, at the right time, in the right place, with the right content – to ultimately drive increased sales
- To mine existing and historical data ( e.g 1st ,2nd , 3rd party data sources) for deeper consumer understanding
- Using statistical tools to create and further enhance input for audience segmentation to allow more effective personalized campaigning
- To ensure that ROI is measured by applying techniques such as A/B testing, sales uplift modelling,
- To identify local measurement approach based on available data sources and prepare structured/unstructured large data sets for testing and modelling purposes
- Determination of potential sales impact following agreed framework and using available benchmarks
- Driving and owning in-flight optimization based on preliminary sales results
- To capture outcomes of and generate insights on local iDDM campaigns. Share within global iDDM community to enable best practise learning
- Active participation within the global iDDM community, embracing share, learn and reapply principles
Your profile
- University degree in Business administration, Marketing, communication sciences or similar
- Several years of experience in an analyst role in FMCG or retail or agency side in tech or media
- Data acquisition/management (1st, 2nd, 3rd party data sources)
- Understanding of typical FMCG data sources (grocery, shopper & consumer panels)
- Knowledge of marketing tech stack
- Creative thinking and abilities to grasp and acquire complex issues quickly
- Excellent data mining and wrangling skills including tools like Alteryx, PowerBI and advanced Excel
- Working knowledge in statistics and using tools like R and Python
- Excellent communication skills and team player who likes to work cross-functionally
- Strong ownership and efficiency
- Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
