We want you as

Data Center Support Technician (m/f/d)

• You will contribute to efforts and projects in the deployment, maintenance and support of current and new data center infrastructure
• You help test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs
• You will configure and troubleshoot OS-related challenges on servers
• You are responsible for the identification of issues, file bugs/tickets and/or their escalation as needed

• You are able to troubleshoot and have ideally experience in working with data center components as well as to perform basic diagnosing on servers
• You are able to identify basic network components and perform fiber & cabling handling
• You are able to lift and move (25kg~) equipment as required
• You are able to communicate in English and have basic German skills
• You have a valid work permit for Germany
