Aufgabe
The Deal Manager /Strategic Engagemenst Architect (m/f/d) is the manager with the full mandate and responsibility to create and pitch Multiclous Solution to win the deals, including customer-relationship, wwill act as part of negotiating team As manager of deal and the customer, he/she focuses on value proposition and on building trust in our capabilities as T-Systems and has an end to end responsibility to steer the solutioning deal team to manage a successful proposal project, exhibiting strong coordination, organization, communication and control strengths and able to manage and influence the deal and customer stakeholders.
- Works with national and international team members on national and international customers
- Drive an maximize Hybrid Cloud footprint in the deal and account, acting as a trusted advisor for the customer and other T Systems groups
- Drive all necessary actions to assess the opportunity in depth before, at start and along the bidding process
- Contributes to the fitting sales strategy and value proposition
- Prepares with bid manager support a proper deal qualification
- Steers all necessary actions needed to align 3rd parties (Subs, Partner, Vendor's)
- Manages multiple stream leads
- Demonstrates ability to work under stress and streamlines offer project complexity
- Solves problems / arbitrates conflicts in team with profound communication and team management skills, diplomacy and flexibilityIs in charge of the

Profil
- More than 9 years experiences of successfully managing large/complex sales transactions and minim 7 years’ experience in Hybrid cloud environment
- Proven track record of exemplary solution and presales/ sales engagements, including consultative selling techniques
- Experienced in driving big complex deals
- Deep knowledge of Cloud projects (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Applcation, Migration Framworks) and cloud market transformation
- Proven cloud architectural, project management and agile methodologies knowledge
- Top competitive market experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence Multicultural teams
- Strong target oriented personal profile
- Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills, adaptable to wide audience
- Solid knowledge of at least 3 out of 4 cloud technologies: MSFT Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, Google
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent such as Diploma) from college/university
- Fluency in both German and English
