About the company

Our hiring company is an innovative SME active within the professional training & coaching industry. They created a job offer for a Digital Marketing Project Manager (French speaking) to integrate into their teams in Lausanne, Switzerland location.

Your tasks

  • Working closely with CEO on taking over all the marketing tasks
  • Collaborating closely with digital agencies regarding the marketing strategies on automation, SEM/SEO, producing digital content & campaigns
  • Create & manage social media and digital content calendars
  • Definition of Project Scope and plans project life-cycle
  • Digital Strategy to Achieve Business Goals
  • Keeps Project on Track & Ensures Successful Delivery
  • Use knowledge of UX design and best practices to inform design and website structure decisions

    • Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelors degree preferably in business, marketing/communications or digital field
  • Experience in a digital marketing environment
  • Fluent/Native in French (C1+ level)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organization
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry, including marketing automation, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital strategy
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Knowledge with some web skills and/or UX is a STRONG plus
