Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to manage our digital performance marketing activity in Germany, with a heavy focus on paid social mainly Facebook/Instagram. This person will oversee our paid social strategy while also planning and executing acquisition marketing campaigns across Facebook /Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap. Working closely with the Head of Acquisition Marketing, EMEA, the Acquisition Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with our agency partners to ensure we are effectively allocating our resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all paid campaigns across Facebook/Instagram.
- Strategize, work and collaborate with our Head of Acquisition, EMEA to build out and execute robust paid campaigns across all digital channels.
- Work and collaborate with our internal creative strategist, video editor and external agencies to deliver a high volume of creative assets needed to support the paid social campaigns.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting for performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyze reporting data and propose recommendations and improvements.
- Identify key audience segmentations for different campaigns and channels.
- Work closely with the team to manage audiences and insights within the DMP.
- Collaborate with many internal teams, including eCommerce, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive customer experience across all channels
- Native German speaker
- 2+ years of paid social experience, Facebook Ads Manager experience specifically.
- Experience in a similar performance or growth marketing role.
- Understanding and experience with ROAS performance marketing goals.
- Experience working at an eCommerce focused brand or an agency running paid social campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced start-up environment.
- Detail oriented and able to organize multiple projects at once
- Experience with Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google is preferred
