Discover your career opportunities as Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d) OPS in Ulm Tasks and responsibility: Understand and support our Company and Division Strategy as a whole and of all its elements and functions (stakeholders, management, employees, customers). Understand the current status of the digitalization as well as potential resistances. Build a robust understanding of the efficiency of the organization’s business areas, the technological and digital infrastructures and the different facilities. Define the desired objectives and set up a digital transformation plan. Define the interface and allocation between global IT systems and their system responsibility and divisional operation systems with divisional or local responsibility. Improve the communication channels and the automation of the repetitive, time wasting processes. Allocate the budget, coordinate the teams involved, communicate and advocate to the management Close collaboration with IT functions like business engagement managers and process owners as well as operational functions in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics and Manufacturing management In your function you report directly to the Vice President Operations Requirements: You completed your degree in the field of business informatics or within a comparable field of study. You gained several years of professional experience as a change manager. In addition to your passion for change processes, you also have an affinity for IT and project management and see yourself as a project structure supervisor. Networks are your strength: as a communicator, you understand how to improve existing communication channels and reduce time-consuming processes by optimizing them. With your IT knowledge, you understand the use of WMS and MES systems and translate between IT and business functions. As a coordinator, you enjoy working proactively across functions with passionate colleagues.
