Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Support and further develop the annual strategy process, including management of key interfaces (e.g. to financial planning, business intelligence, corporate functions)
- Become a sought-after advisor on strategic concepts and frameworks for Infineon PL /(selectively) BL management
- Manage strategy development projects that contribute to Infineon's overall strategy on a global basis
- Develop consistent strategy recommendations and translate them into measurable plans and ensure their implementation
- Apply structured problem solving methodologies to highly complex projects, develop new problem solving methodologies
- Develop deep insights into Infineon’s overall business environment and firmly grasp the company’s business challenges
- Gain insights on Infineon’s Divisions strategic challenges regarding market, customer and competitor landscape
Your Profile
Success in this role is measured by enabling internal customers including senior management to develop better strategies. You have outstanding analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset and are personally committed to the customer’s needs. You convince across hierarchies - with your intellect, thought leadership and collaborative style, and can communicate complex topics in a compelling, understandable way.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
- At least 8 years of total work experience, either in the semiconductors or related high-tech industries and demonstrated work experience in strategy and consulting topics, or a leading top management consulting firm, with project experience in semiconductor or related industries
- Very strong analytical capabilities required; Communication of highly complex topics in a compelling, understandable way
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus, including the ability to prepare and run top management presentations
