Together we can make a difference! We have a exciting opportunity for a seasoned Engineering New Product Development Manager to join our EMEA team based in our new Dusseldorf office.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Engineering Director, EMEA, the Director, New Product Development is responsible for the day to day management of a team of Engineers and Designers, with the accountability for the implementation and distribution of new products into our manufacturing operations in the Czech Republic. A key part of this role will be developing key working relationships with our Operations and Commercial teams.
This role will allow the successful candidate to shape and transform the capability of our NPD pipeline. This role will be pivotal in helping us to drive new product development to the next level and will be fundamental in the creation of sustainable growth.
Experience
You will have demonstrable experience in driving NPD projects from concept through to execution, on time, on specification and to costs parameters.
As the successful Director, New Product Development you will have a proven track record in managing manufacturing and product development teams both directly & indirectly, and you should have relevant experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
In addition to your strong technical background, you will hold a degree in a relevant Engineering discipline and be a confident people manager.
