This is a key role for deepc that requires senior leadership experience and skills. As Sales Director you will be responsible for our sales strategy across Europe. You will use your experience, creativity, tenacity, networking ability and eye for strategy – along with your business acumen – to define and implement our European expansion. You will work directly with our CCO/Managing Director, and also interact closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product Management and Installation & Service teams.

 

Your Challenge

  • Take the leading role in Sales to the European market
  • Define our European expansion strategy
  • Define and hire the team needed to deliver the strategy
  • Adapt processes to serve different countries
  • Build key opinion leader networks and reference customers
  • Identify and manage indirect sales channels
  • Build and convert a high-quality deal pipeline
  • Identify and communicate our customer benefits
  • Drive the roll-out of our solutions together with the team
  • Manage key accounts and lead your team by example
  • Demonstrate high ownership and leadership


Your Profile

  • Successfully completed technical, medical, or business degree
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing international sales teams in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in B2B selling of complex software solutions
  • Healthcare experience, ideally Healthcare IT or radiology
  • Networking is your natural way of working - you enjoy and excel in identifying and convincing new customers.
  • You are more of a "hunter" than a "farmer.
  • You love getting deals and over-achieving targets
  • Motivated, curious, creative, and independent working style
  • Excellent oral and written English. European languages a plus
  • You enjoy a dynamic, inspiring, and diverse environment
