Your Responsibilities
- You take ownership for the Discord channel and manage our Collectibles-, Investment-, Crypto- and NFT-Enthusiasts community
- You are on top of trending topics and leverage your knowledge to create content, make announcements and gather feedback from our community (both German- and English-Speaking)
- You design and implement incentive programs to increase growth and engagement, such as online and offline community events and content sessions to further engage our community
- You set up useful Discord bots/tools and are an active moderator of the user-generated content
- You work cross-functional across different teams, but especially our Collectibles, Social Media, Influencer and CRM functions to create synergy and maximise the value for our community
- You set up private channels for holders of specific collectibles and Club Members, as well as coming up with initiative to engage with other overlapping communities
- On the long run, you recruit, build and mentor a team of moderators
Your Qualification
- Ideally you have a proven track record on managing Discord channels, moderating large audiences and building online communities
- You know the ins and outs of Investments and NFT language and can express yourself very well in written English and German (min. C2)
- You have experience integrating useful Discord bots, as well as identifying and mitigating spam and other online vulnerabilities
- You have in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and tokens
- You enjoy sharing information with others and find it easy to explain things in detail
- You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
