Dokumentationsmitarbeiter 2 QA Release (m/w/d) - R-169164
(Vollzeit / unbefristet)
Aufgaben
Erstellung, Verifizierung und Zusammenführung der Freigabedokumentation und sonstiger freigabeprozessrelevanter Dokumentation (Statements, SoC) für interne und externe Zwecke
Prüfung sonstiger Dokumentation auf Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit (z.B. Laborprotokolle, Produktionsprotokolle)
Erstellung und Verifizierung von Reports (z.B. LIMS, LOGIC)
Erfassung und Authorisierung von Prüfergebnissen externer Prüflabore
Vorbereitung und Organisation der Versendung von Prüfmustern für externe Stellen (z.B. PEI (Paul-Ehrlich-Institut), NIBSC (National Institute for Biological Standards and Control), CBER (Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research))
Berner Ware für den EU-Raum: Koordination der zur Freigabe notwenidgen Aktivitäten und Weiterleitung der Dokumente an alle europäischen Niederlassungen der CSL Behring GmbH
Koordination der zur Freigabe von Zukaufsware notwendigen Aktivitäten
SAP-Chargentracking
Chargenvorbereitung im EBR, inklusive Prüfung der MICs (Master Inspection Characteristics); Vorprüfung für die Sachkundige Person
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Release KPIs
Qualifikationen
i.d.R. abgeschlossene 3,5-jährige Ausbildung, z.B. zum Pharmakanten
GMP-Kenntnisse
SAP Kenntnisse
Englisch Level 1
4- 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
