My client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a power plant construction project in North Rhine-Westphalia. You will need experience with cabling / commissioning etc. The client is looking for someone with a good electrical background.
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant area – engineering etc.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with cabling (ideally with High Voltage)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on either Medium Voltage or High Voltage projects
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with commissioning
• Comfortable using Eplan / AutoCad software
• Experience ideally gained on power plants, although backgrounds in chemical plants / industrial plants etc. will be considered
• Fluent in either German or English
Responsibilities:
• Using Eplan / AutoCad to create accurate drawings and diagrams
• Creating / testing / maintaining cabling
• Involved in all parts of the commissioning phase
• Attend weekly meetings with the project manager to report on progress
• Adherence to the time schedule
