We have exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer of Valves & Flow Control Solutions who are seeking to recruit a EMEA Business Development Manager - Aftermarket Services - Flow Control.
This role is preferably based in Germany with other European locations considered for exceptional candidates.
To be considered for the role you must meeting the following requirements:
- Proven sales & business development experience selling Aftermarket, Services & MRO solutions across the EMEA region
- Strong product background and experience within Valve & Flow Control products for Energy, Power & Process industry applications
- Experience developing and implementing aftermarket commercial/business development strategies designed to pursue growth
- Strong account management skillset able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders with customers
- Experience working within a multinational, matrixed environment and able to build collaborative teams
- Preferably educated to University Degree level - compensatory industry experience accepted
- Fluent in written & spoken English. Additional European languages considered advantageous
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for development & execution of business development and sale strategies for the Aftermarket, Services & MRO business across the EMEA region
- Manage existing customer relationships with a target to enhance revenue opportunities through promoting Aftermarket offering
- Implement IIoT & Asset Management capabilities into the Aftermarket & Services portfolio to achieve digital transformation objectives
- Work as part of global aftermarket business development team to ensure global growth and strategies are aligned
- Reporting to Director/VP-level within the business.
