Join the idealo Employer Branding & Internal Communications Team to create visibility for idealo as an employer of choice. Ideate and implement employer branding measures across online and offline channels, emphasizing events to support our ambitious recruitment targets in Tech and Business. Leave your mark by fostering internal engagement to support Employee Advocacy.
The role as an Employer Branding Manager (m|f|x) in the Employer Branding & Internal Communications Team is available full-time or part-time.
About Your New Role
- You have full responsibility and ownership of the Tech & Employer Branding Events strategy and initiatives. Therefore, you will liaise with internal Tech talent and Tech leadership to identify opportunities for representing and strengthening the reputation of idealo as a tech company.
- With your hands-on approach, you will be supporting Business and Young Talent Recruiting with Employer Branding measures to increase awareness within the relevant target groups. Your initiatives help us to build a more diverse and inclusive organization.
- You enjoy the creative freedom and responsibility, and we trust you to own the strategy & initiatives end-to-end. You become part of an experienced Employer Branding, Communications, and Online Marketing Experts team that supports each other.
- To gain a 360° EB experience, you will be included in strategy, projects, and (online) marketing communications embedded in an Employer Branding & Internal Communications team that puts the current and future employees at the center of their activities.
Skills & Requirements
- You have relevant experience in a Talent Acquisition and/or marketing communication environment and the organizational skills to plan and facilitate online, onsite and hybrid events in this post-pandemic world.
- You get the message across with great communication skills in English and German. A sense for unique and engaging stories and how to tell them is a plus.
- You have an agile mindset; you are eager to challenge the status quo, and you can set up and optimize processes to increase the impact of our Employer Branding work.
- You are a natural-born team player and networker. You enjoy gaining expertise and knowledge. You share it with the team and your stakeholders. You have a growth mindset, and you learn from feedback and help others grow from your candid and appreciative feedback.
