Job Description
We are now looking for ERP Software Test Engineer. As part of our genuine and ambitious tech & e-commerce teams, you will actively contribute to ensuring the quality standard of our ERP system and the e-commerce platforms and support our IT QA team in the entire application lifecycle process.
Where your expertise is needed
- Execution of software tests and reviews, including error analysis and defect management
- Analyze and usage of our automation tools based on Selenium in the Java environment (Java, TestNG, Maven, GitLab CI/CD)
- Manual acceptance tests
- Development of the requirement traceability matrix, Derivation of test plans and corresponding documentation
- Review the framework for efficiency and potential for improvement, supporting the development team with test expertise

What Will Help You To Master Future Challenges
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification, ideally with ISTQB certification
- Very good knowledge and experience in the area of test case creation, test execution, as well as test data management
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a test engineer, developer or technical tester
- Familiarity to agile procedure models (e.g. Scrum) and knowledge of modern quality assurance methods and patterns (BDD, Page Objects, Visual Regression Testing etc.)
- Several years of experience in software testing of complex ERP processes and web applications
- Practical experience with Continuous Integration tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins etc.) desirable and very good knowledge of modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS/SASS/LESS, PWA, Vue)
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, as well as documentation in JIRA (Xray) and Confluence
- Ideally already eCommerce knowledge in an enterprise environment
- Analytical, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Practical experience in the use of automated tests is helpful, but not mandatory
- Fluent German and English
