- be in the function of product marketing for Communication Businessgroup products.
- have the responsibility for product promotion, technical support for selected customers and frequent costumer meetings in collaboration with sales.
- be responsible for pricing strategy, estimating projects, and managing the design for new component releases.
- be entrusted with customer, market, and competitive analyses.
- develop business opportunities through technical discussions with potential customers.
- provide technical product presentations to customers.
- be involved in the implementation of sales strategies towards the costumers' technical staff.
- be responsible for the technical clarification with product planning members in Japan.
- influence the design and specifications of customer products in the development phase.
- Find new technical and market opportunities by collecting market information and analyzing trends.
- cooperate closely with factory staff to produce newly launched products.
- Attend local and international product training courses.
- be involved in product workshops at the factory (oversea).
- be responsible for the foreign language communication with the factory (Japanese or English).
You will be succeed in the role because...
- you have a degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering.
- you have technical knowledge in the field of high-frequency technology.
- you are business fluent in German and have a good command of English. Knowledge of the Japanese language is an advantage.
- you have already gained some professional experience in a similar field.
- travelling is no problem for you – mainly in Europe (20-30%); outside Europe up to six times a year.
- you have user skills in Microsoft Office.
- you have a positive attitude, strong communication and presentation skills internally and with clients.
- you can explain technical topics in a relevant and precise manner, you are good at moderating technical discussions and also have strong negotiation skills.
