Role Summary:
For our location in Göhren near Leuna, which specializes in the repair, service and automation of control valves, we are looking for someone as soon as possible Assembler Repair and Service Onsite m-w-d.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Identification of the valves to be repaired and determination of damage and missing parts
- Dismantling and cleaning of the valves and spare parts
- Creation of the parts lists required for the cost estimate and definition of the work processes for the internal repair in consultation with the supervisor
- Assembly of various add-on parts, piping, control parts
- Checking the individual components and test run of the systems
- Carrying out quality assurance based on inspection plans and notification of completion of the assembly
- 24-hour on-call service divided into the team, about 1 week per month according to plan
- Service and repair work in Germany and occasionally abroad as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician
- Knowledge and experience in machining, assembly and control technology
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, suitability for high altitude, driving license class B (or class 3)
- Good knowledge of German, spoken and written, knowledge of English is an advantage
