What’s the role?
We’re looking for a numbers guru, someone passionate about on business partnering and providing financial insights. As we see the world differently and do things differently, we are looking for someone to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership to improve our decision making
You will be the right hand person to the Hub General Manager (GM), a sparring partner to drive the business forward to achieve the seemingly impossible!
Experience we need:
Experience in commercial finance/FP&A a must, preferably with exposure to FMCG
Previous ownership of financial forecasting, and other critical financial process and analysis
Proven ability to communicate complex financial information concisely and accurately to a broad audience
Experience working with and influencing cross functional teams
You will :
Be relentless in pursuit of partnering, a born problem solver challenging the business and GM
Have a positive attitude, be resilient and confident, with an ability to influence the leadership team
Will possess the ability to navigate through complexity and prioritize
Have strong commercial and financial acumen and will understand which levers of the P&L to drive performance
