We are Getir, the pioneers of superfast deliveries. We supply our customers with groceries and everyday items. Bread, beer, shampoo and dog food? We deliver within 10 minutes on average. Founded in Istanbul in 2015, we now deliver thousands of orders every day from over 300 locations in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Turkey.
We have big plans and are growing worldwide with new locations and delivery areas. Therefore, we are looking for more colleagues who actively support us in reaching our goals and who are just as enthusiastic about the concept of 10-minute delivery as we are.
The Team
Rider Operations. Your riders are at the core of everything we do. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to action a superfast 10-minute delivery. This is why we started Rider Operations - a dedicated team that solely looks after the well-being, training and safety of our Riders and their community, as well as the smooth running of the day-to-day Rider operations.
Requirements
Your key responsibilities
- Support all day-to-day fleet operations, closely collaborating with the Fleet Manager and Mechanics team to meet KPIs
- Support communication with external vendors, suppliers, insurance companies, etc.
- Ensure stores are equipped with right vehicles to fulfil operational requirements
- Build out and maintain infrastructure of vehicles and relevant equipment
- Support the day-to-day execution of all processes related to rider safety, behaviour reporting, fines and penalties
- Support the fleet maintenance in close collaboration with the mechanics team
- 1-3 years experience supporting rider operations and or fleet managers
- Experience supporting multiple locations and projects a plus
- Previous experience managing repairs and maintenance works for vehicles
- A keen eye for detail and high adaptability to every changing requirements
- A team player with a can-do attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile
- A friendly, reliable, honest and enthusiastic personality
- Fluent German and English language skills
