Zielsetzung:Der Focus Factory Manager "Blade Line" ist verantwortlich für die fachliche unddisziplinarische Leitung der Mitarbeiter der Fertigungslinie "Medizinische Klingen" mit dreiSchichten, unter Einhaltung der zugeordneten Kennzahlen (Ausbringung, Produktivität, OEE, InventoryRaw/WIP, OpEx, ...), sowie der Berücksichtigung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen nach ISO13485in diesem Bereich.
Die Position beinhaltet folgende Tätigkeitsbereiche:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Schichtleiter im Bereich Blade Line
- Erstellung des Produktionsplanes in enger Abstimmung mit Global Supply Chain
- Interne Fertigungsauftragsplanung mit einer nachhaltigen Optimierung der Materialverfügbarkeit bei gleichzeitig optimierten Warenbeständen
- Gewährleistung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der OEE der Fertigungslinie
- Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen des Produktes
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Industrial Engineering/ Process Engineering zur Optimierung der Herstellungsprozesse und der Qualität der verschiedenen Klingentypen
- Einhaltung und Verbesserung aller Anforderungen des verantworteten Bereiches hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltrichtlinien
Profil:
- Technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung Master degree in Mechanical Engineering oder Production Engineering
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen der spanenden sowie spanlosen Fertigung, Bechichtungstechnologien, Produktionsplanung sowie im Prozessmanagement
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, persönliches Engagement
- Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungsvermögen, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Gute MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Objective:The Focus Factory Manager "Blade Line" is responsible for the technical and disciplinarymanagement of the employees of the production line "Medical Blades" with three shifts, incompliance with the assigned KPIs (output, productivity, OEE, Inventory Raw/WIP, OpEx, ...), aswell as the consideration of all regulatory requirements according to ISO13485 in this area.
The position includes the following job responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the shift supervisors in the blade line department
- Set-up of the production plan in close coordination with Global Supply Chain
- Internal production order planning with a sustainable optimization of material availability and at the same time optimized inventory levels
- Ensuring and continuously improving the OEE of the production line
- Ensuring the quality requirements of the product
- Close cooperation with the Industrial Engineering/ Process Engineering department to optimize the manufacturing processes and the quality of the different blade types
- Compliance with and improvement of all requirements of the responsible area regarding occupational safety and environmental guidelines
Profile:
- Technical degree or comparable training and professional experience: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
- Several years of management experience
- Knowledge in the areas of cutting and non-cutting production, coating technologies, production planning and process management
- Ability to communicate and work in a team, independent and goal-oriented approach, personal commitment
- Initiative, persuasiveness, motivation and capacity to adapt.
- Good MS Office and SAP skills
- Very good written and spoken English
