their employees. In contrast to countless B2C apps available on the web, MINDANCE offers its corporate clients a comprehensive solution package. ‘Blended Learning’ is MINDANCE’s secret sauce and includes the customized use of digital tools and on-site group and individual coaching.
That way MINDANCE achieves a better retention of its services by employees – with correspondingly positive effects for employers.

What you can expect

What we are looking for
- You have a strong opinion about code quality, automated tests and agile development practices.
- You have commercial experience developing apps using React Native or related technologies.
- Ideally you have experience developing native apps and using backend technologies like Django or Rails.
- You enjoy diving into extensive research on new topics, working out creative solutions, learning and experimenting.
- You are looking for the chance to shape a company on the long-term and are ready to take on responsibility
