ITM Oncologics (ITM)


ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible:

Global Medical Affairs Associate (f/m/d)

Your Role:

  • Organize, maintain and complete paper and electronic Medical Affairs files
  • Periodically review project files / folders for organization and completeness
  • Assist and/or coordinate management of Medical Affairs projects (i.e. Investigator Sponsored Trials, late phase clinical trials, advisory boards, scientific symposia, medical communication)
  • Assist the Medical Affairs managers, by offering support for day-to-day Medical Affairs projects activities
  • Assist and/or coordinate CROs / vendors for assigned Medical Affairs projects. Participate in CRO calls as necessary
  • Coordinate and contribute to writing and reviewing of relevant documents including protocols, investigator brochure and publications
  • Assist in patient support groups relationships development
  • Interact with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure progress of projects
  • Maintain and coordinate, within the Global Medical Affairs team, projects timelines and communicate adjustments where necessary
  • Contribute to Global Medical Affairs team activities and initiatives
  • Perform any other activity as may reasonably be required from time to time

What we are looking for:

  • Educated to degree level or above in a relevant medical discipline. Scientific / medical background is essential (i.e. nurse, study coordinator, Clinical Trial Associate)
  • Substantial clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical setting or equivalent
  • Substantial administrative and/or project management experience
  • Experience or knowledge of clinical trials
  • Experience or knowledge of medical publications (i.e. author / co-author at abstracts, posters, presentations)
  • Able to produce work of high quality in a timely manner
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and organizational skills are required
  • Occasional international travel may be required
  • Work independently and with cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and other relevant regulations / guidelines
  • Fluent in business English
