I am excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading pan-European Private Equity firm seeking a high-impact, dynamic and driven CFO for their c. €250m turnover software portfolio. The business offers a future-orientated, data-driven, marketing solutions platform active across 150 international markets. As part of their exciting growth strategy, the group will be targeting an aggressive buy & build, executing between x10-15 strategic bolt-on acquisitions per year, ranging from €5m - €50m with the aim of ambitiously growing revenues to €500m.
Working alongside an industry expert and newly appointed CEO, you will be architecting a best-in-class finance function and growth infrastructure covering all aspects of tax/HR/IT/legal/treasury and implementing robust controls, quality systems & efficient processes. In addition, as GCFO, you will play an integral role leading the buy & build / PMI across all workstreams, taking ownership of working capital improvements, KPI steering, MI reporting and articulating to all board members and stakeholders.
